Delivery of goods!
Usually it takes 3-8 working days from time of purchase to deliver the product in EU. However, is extra ordinary cases it can take up to 15 working days!

We have a strict 14-day return policy if the product is not completely to your satisfaction.
Goods Returned Process
To return goods you must first contact us via email email@example.com and tell us your decision to return the goods. Please make sure you have your personal details, order details and date of order available.
We will provide you with a 10 digits returns authorisation code. This code is only valid for 14 days and must be shown clearly on the label of the goods and any documentation being returned to us. Goods sent back (after the expiry of the statutory distance selling cooling off period) without prior returns authorisation via our email will be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged fully. We suggest that you return the goods via recorded, traceable or special delivery and keep a proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit. You must organise the return of the unwanted items at your own expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation 10 digits code.
A full refund of the cost of the goods is conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our team to check for completeness and correct product return.
1) Goods received back complete, undamaged, without signs of usage and in original packaging including all accessories and in a re-sell-able condition: You will be refunded the complete amount of invoice.
2) Goods received back complete, undamaged, without signs of usage and in original packaging but with parts missing or damaged: You will be refunded the Invoice price minus the cost of missing or damaged parts.
After confirming one of the scenarios above we will refund you within 15 working days! If you have not received your refund within this time, please, contact us to clarify if your billing information is submitted correctly!
Also, please, note that none of the above will affect your statutory rights.
However, we hope that you will be happy about your product and no refunds will be ever needed since normally due to great level of service all our customers are perfectly happy with Aerify!
